Complaints Channel
This channel is a safe and effective way to report a crime to Porttus, helping to prevent irregular and illegal acts.
The Complaints Channel must be used by Employees, Suppliers, Third Parties, Customers, Suppliers and other stakeholders who have a relationship with Porttus to report any case of fraud, corruption, money laundering, misuse of the brand, ethical and conduct deviations, among other criminal practices, and allows the anonymity of the whistleblower. In addition to having the identity preserved, and the entire conduct of the case being treated confidentially, Porttus does not allow any type of retaliation to be suffered by a whistleblower in good faith.
