In situations where the matter may cause embarrassment if dealt with with the immediate leadership or with the Human Resources area, the person wishing to make a complaint may send their question directly to the Ethics Committee of TrustSis Consultoria.

The Ethics Committee is primarily responsible for analyzing suggestions, criticisms or complaints related to the principles and rules described in the Code of Ethics and Conduct of Porttus Consultoria, and recommending the respective corrective actions.

Confidentiality will be maintained, if desired, as to the identity of any person who reports a breach or evidence of breach. In this way, the confidentiality and impartiality of the information received will be guaranteed.

This reporting channel can also be used to send suggestions for improving the Code of Ethics and Conduct.

The Code of Ethics and Conduct is a guide that must be followed, mainly, by our employees to confirm our honest way of acting.
