In situations identified by individuals as relevant to be questioned or reported, the person wishing to make a report may send their question directly to the Porttus Compliance Solutions Ethics Committee.

Confidentiality will be maintained, if desired, regarding the identity of any person reporting a violation or indication of a violation. This will ensure the confidentiality and impartiality of the information received. This reporting channel can also be used to send suggestions for improving the Code of Ethics and Conduct. The Code of Ethics and Conduct is a guide that must be followed, mainly by our employees, to confirm our honest way of acting.
